Aunt Lois was the "favorite aunt" of my family. She would take all four of us kids every February for our school vacation and we had such a wonderful time with she and Uncle Tom - skating on the pond, bowling, and visiting with our New York relatives. She also visited our family every summer at the ocean. She was such a great sport! As the youngest of my family when the other siblings where off doing more gown up things she would play tirelessly with me in the ocean, riding little stryofoam beach toys. I loved getting birthday cards from here every year, and I loved how she welcomed my partner into the family with open arms. Last summer Patricia and I had the pleasure of driving out to NY to bring her back for her annual visit with my mom, her sister. Our memories of that fun trip, and visit to Vestal are precious ones to us.
