Connie and I are so sorry about the passing of Don. I have so many wonderful memories of Don at Horseheads High School. I would not know where to begin. From our first years at Horsehads when Don would tell me --"Remember when we finally get to retirement every day is a Saturday" until Don showed exceptional emotion at his last faculty meeting before retirement. Don was a true friend - one of my best friends. We had fun for so many years. My thoughts of Don are all good thoughts. So many fun times and so many laughs. Jean I know you have gone through so much. You have been a brave person. I will never forget you and Don. Over these past years after you both moved away the two of you are often in my thoughts. Please know that Don will never be forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family always. Gordon and Connie Gillette

Sorry to hear of Don's passing. His Father was a teacher at NBHS in New Brighton, PA when I was in school. He was a good teacher and well liked. May God give you peace and hope and strength in your time of loss and sadness. With deepest sympathy to the entire Franco family.
